Ingredients:

  • A can of drained and rinsed black beans
  • One dozen fresh pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • One-fourth cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cacao, raw
  • One teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • One tablespoon halved walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon halved hazelnuts

Instructions:

To begin making sugar free brownies, preheat your oven to 180C. While waiting, apply some oil to the base and sides of a 7”x11” baking tin prepared with baking paper. Crush the black beans until smooth. Mix in the oil, dates, milk, and vanilla. Process everything until smooth. Include cacao and process thoroughly. Spoon the mixture into your prepared tin and flatten surface using a spatula. At this point, place the nuts on the surface in clusters, so they are equally distributed when you slice the brownies. Bake the dough for 20 minutes. Cool in pan and slice into approximately 16 portions. You can now enjoy your freshly baked sugar-free brownies.

Sugar-Free Ingredients:

  • 125g melted and unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of light agave nectar
  • One teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 75g of chopped sugar-free chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • One egg
  • One teaspoon cornflour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

To make you chocolate chip cookies, first place the agave nectar, butter and vanilla extract in a bowl. Sift in cornflour, baking powder, cinnamon, and flour. Keep stirring until you observe a soft dough consistency. Mix the chocolate into the dough. Cover-up the bowl using cling wrap and place in the fridge for half an hour. Preheat your oven to 180C. Prepare two baking trays by lining with baking paper. Scoop teaspoonfuls of cookie dough onto the trays. Slightly flatten each cookie dough. Bake the cookie doughs for 10-12 minutes. Once cooled completely, you are ready to eat your sugar-free chocolate chip cookies.

Absolutely Sugar-Free Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 300 g plain flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground allspice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F. Pour honey and margarine in a small pan and heat it in the oven. Stir the mixture till the density decreases. Turn off the flame and let it cool. In another bowl, beat your egg and mix the vanilla essence. Beat it some more till it is fluffy and add the all-purpose flour and the butter and vanilla essence mixture. Mix them evenly till you have a dough. Place the dough in the fridge and leave it for one hour.

Sprinkle some flour on the table and rollover your dough. Make the surface even and cut the dough into your desired shapes. Since it is Christmas, you can cut them into star or Christmas tree shapes. Place the cutouts on a greased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. After taking it out from the oven, let it cool completely. Sprinkle some allspice before serving and enjoy the deliciousness.
