Instructions:

Blend to the point it is finely ground and combined. Mix the pepper according to your taste. Apply olive oil to tomatoes, onion, and cut rolls. Grill onions and tomatoes using high heat until a light burn. When done transfer vegetables to a plate and add pepper and salt to taste. Grill bread to the point of a light toast. Season chicken cutlets with pepper and salt then grill on high heat for 5 to 6 minutes. When done slice chicken to fit rolls and add tomato, onion, and olive relish. Finish off by topping other bread to complete the quick lunch sandwich.

  • Whole grain bread
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Low-fat mayonnaise
  • Pepper and Salt
