The Good Old Normal Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions:

The first step is to melt the butter and cool it down to room temperature. Take a big bowl and mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix the ingredients together and pour the milk and melted butter. Mix all of it with a hand blender till no lumps remain. Add the egg and beat the batter until it is smooth.

On a lightly heated frying pan, pour the batter slowly. The approximate batter measurement for each pancake is 1/4th of the measuring cup used. Put the flame on medium and cook till the lower side is brown. Toss it over and cook the other side. Once both sides are brown, take them down from the oven and serve hot. You can even pour some honey on it to make it taste better.
