Ingredients

  • Self-raising flour- For this recipe, you require 50g of self-raising flour.
  • Wholemeal flour- 50g of wholemeal flour to make it more healthy. 
  • Eggs- 2 small eggs, it should be separated. 
  • Milk- for these pancakes, you should use 150ml skimmed milk. 
  • Oil- For frying the pancakes
  • Banana, raisin, fruits- all these are required for different parts of bunny. 

Method

  1. Take a bowl and put both the flour into it, and whisk them until all the lumps are gone. Add the egg yolk and a little amount of milk. Make a thick paste. 
  2. Now add more milk to make it loosen the batter. 
  3. Whisk the egg whites properly in a separate bowl. Now fold the egg whites carefully into the batter.  
  4. Take a non-stick pan and heat it over medium-high flame. Apply a little amount of oil to the pan.  
  5. Now for making the bunny body take a large spoon and make one big and two a bit smaller round-sized pancakes for the head.  
  6. Make two small ovals for feet and two long strips for ears. 
  7. Once the edges are done, try to assemble all the parts of the bunny. Now decorate it with banana slices, raisins, and extra chopped fruits. 

Blueberry French Toast

Ingredients 

Eight large eggs, ½ cup plain yogurt, ⅓ cup sour cream, one teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 cup milk, ⅓ cup maple syrup, one loaf of french bread( cubed in shape), 1 cup frozen blueberries, 12 ounces cream cheese, blueberry syrup. 

Method 

  1. For trying this easter breakfast recipe, Take a large bowl and add whisk eggs, yogurt, sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. Wisk all of them gradually in milk and maple syrup until properly blended. 
  2. Now take a five qt. Slow cooker and place half of the bread in it. Layer it with blueberries, cream cheese, and egg mixture. Cover it and refrigerate it overnight. 
  3. The next day cooks it until the knife comes out clean.
  4. When cooked properly, pour the syrup and enjoy.
