  • 2-pound boneless pork loin roast cut
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large apples sliced into 1-inch wedges
  • 2 large onions sliced into 3/4-inch wedges
  • 5 peeled garlic cloves
  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • One tablespoon minced fresh rosemary

Instructions

To prepare this sumptuous centerpiece for your dinner menu, preheat your oven to 350°. Drizzle the pork roast with pepper and salt. Using a generous, oiled nonstick skillet on medium heat, roast the pork on all sides until brown, searing it gently. Once done, place the pork in a roasting pan pre-coated with cooking spray. Add the onion and apple wedges on the sides along with the garlic. Top the dish with a drizzle of rosemary. Roast the pan until you achieve a pork temperature of 145° or 45-55 minutes of baking.   • 6 medium-sized chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • One teaspoon salt
  • One teaspoon paprika
  • One tablespoon lemon juice

To begin cooking your spicy home-cooked dinner chicken breast, preheat your oven to 375°. Using a 15”x10”x1” baking pan, place your chicken breasts equally spaced apart. Separately in a small bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Once it is all properly combined, pour the mixture over the chicken in the baking pan. Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • Mayonnaise

  • Oregano
  • Chili Flakes

Instructions
