- 1/2 Tsp. lemon zest + 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method
Make blini or mini pancakes by combining flour, salt, butter, and low-fat milk. Drop this pancake batter on a hot non-stick pan using a tablespoon. Cook your blini on the pan until they are golden brown. Make egg salad by first boiling the eggs in a saucepan and then washing them with cold water. Peel the cooled eggs and then finely chop them. Method
