- 1/2 Tsp. lemon zest + 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dill
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped capers
Make blini or mini pancakes by combining flour, salt, butter, and low-fat milk. Drop this pancake batter on a hot non-stick pan using a tablespoon. Cook your blini on the pan until they are golden brown. Make egg salad by first boiling the eggs in a saucepan and then washing them with cold water. Peel the cooled eggs and then finely chop them. Next, combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, dill, zest, salt, and pepper. Add eggs in this mixture along with capers and onions. - 2 cups cooked sausage
- 4-5 Tbsp. butter

- 2 Tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- Some maple syrup

Heat the cooked sausage and add stir in the spinach. Prepare a muffin pan and heat your oven to 190°C. Take a large bowl and combine flour, salt, pepper, butter, baking powder, and soda. Combine the buttermilk and eggs before adding them to this bowl. Mix well and then add maple syrup, sausage mixture, and cheese. Transfer the batter to the muffin pan and bake until cooked.

- 1/2 cup frozen hash browns (shredded)
